ORDERING

The ordering process is simple!

For direct shipment from our plant:

1. Call, fax or email your order.
   • 4 Gal containers are packed 40, 50, 60 or 70 per pallet. Mix or match any of our 26 flavors
   • 10 oz. pre-packed cups are packed 50 to 100 cases per pallet in increments of 10. Mix or match any of our 4 pre-pack flavors
2. We will contact you within the hour with the product and shipping total.
3. All orders must be pre-paid - bank wire transfers or check mailed.

Ordering thru a local distributor: (where available)

1. Call your local distributor with your order. You can order much less, meeting minimum dollar amounts usually between $100 and $350.
2. You receive deliverly once or twice a week.
3. Terms as per agreement with your distributor.

SHIPPING

The shipping process is simple!

For direct shipment for our plant:

1. Dealing with Via Veneto Italian Ice your guaranteed not to be paying hidden radically inflated (double & triple) shipping prices. Just give us a call and we will get back to you within one hour with a current quote - being the exact dollar amount that we pay for shipping.
2. The price is based on mileage.
3. The price is the same with any amount of containers on a single pallet up to 2000lbs.; which would be a 70 container pallet, discounts apply on multiple pallet orders.
   EXAMPLE:
   1 pallet to San Diego, CA from our plant in Norristown, PA (approx. 3000 miles) is as of Jan. 2006 approx. $420.00 - 2 pallets $750.00 and 4 pallets $1,250.00.
4. Once the order is placed the shipper will network with the delivery location and you will received it usually within a week.

   Note: Via Veneto Italian Ice, Inc. has no control over shipping prices and delivery schedules. We use LTL Frozen shippers arranged through brokers.

STORAGE

1. Storage is at 0 degrees F.
2. On site storage in chest freezers or walk in freezers.
3. Off site storage in rented cold storage space.

   Hundreds of our customers who receive direct shippment from us simply pay a monthly fee to have the product stored. They go once a week to pick up containers to re-stock their serving freezer. The product in an air conditioned vehicle with a blanket over it can last for a minimum of 2 hours duing hot summer days before any melt starts.

4. To find cold storage warehouse space look in the yellow pages and ask for a price on one pallet space in a zero degree room. - most areas - $25 to $60 per month
5. Give us the cold storage address with your order. Our truck delivers to their dock. They fork lift into your space and you withdraw it as needed.
